"Piece of Mind" examines the relationship between gun owners and their guns. From a distance, the images appear to be fine line drawings but upon closer observation the fine hand stitching is revealed. Pink thread is sewn on white water colour paper to form images depicting uncanny relationships between weapons and their owners.
Together, they question Western society's glamorisation of violence against the growing quest to protect our homes, environment and, our selves with powerful icons of destruction.
