"Strange Fruit" In this series of Still-Life photographs of food and flowers inked in black, I’m examining the notion of the colour black and how our preconceived ideas of colour, both learned and unconscious have a profound impact on our judgment.
My attempt is to challenge how our internalized notion of dark and light defines our cultural ideals and biases as it relates to attractiveness and trust.
